Furnished Room – massage table, decorations, portion of storage, chair and end table
Utilities – electric, gas, water, trash, pest control
Maintenance – heating and air, landscaping and structural maintenance
Internet/WiFi – business use only
Phone – business use only, make and confirm appointments and emergency use
Advertising – social media, business consultants, Wedding Ideas
Fayetteville Chamber – events and classes

Laundry Access – washer, dryer and cleaners
Refrigerators – small in hallway and in storage room
Keireg, tea pot, carafe, glasses and pitchers for clients
Parking
products – oils, lotions and scrubs
Linens and towels
bottled water for clients/guests

Marketing:
materials – menu, business cards, rack cards etc. (designed by Mockingbird Creative)
online scheduling system
website and website maintenance
Social Media, SpaFinder, SpaWeek etc
email blast – sent out to approximately 1500+ recipients
Health Fairs *renter is responsible for own operation costs (materials to promote field of services)
– Solace Day Spa provides basic materials for booth and general advertising

Front desk administration:
– scheduling appointments, answering phones, relations to guests, communication, health intake and waiver management

Rent Does not Include:
Cleaning and Laundry Service
– everyone is to participate in laundry and cleaning duties as outlined in manual
cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, dishes used in services, general cleaning and equipment

Solace Day spa is located right off of Dickson Street in Fayetteville.  We are very close to the University of Arkansas and the Walton Arts Center.  We have received consistent business from groups traveling through town, large and small.  We are in a great location, nestled in the historic district as well as conveniently located near the entertainment district and the town square.  The business continues to grow as the area develops and grows.

You will be part of a team that will help and encourage you as you grow your busniess as an independent contractor.  You are never on your won here.  The team has spent over 13 years actively promoting Solace Day Spa through organic networking, business events and a strong reputation in providing quality and consistently beneficial services.  We are a clean, simple and relaxing spa.  Providing a safe space for guests to come and relax requires a consistent dedication to details.  Our goal is to treat every guest as if they are out only guest.
